For 27 years, I struggled with TMJ issues, trying everything from braces and nightguards to physical therapy, chiropractic care, and countless other remedies—but nothing brought lasting relief. The constant jaw pain, headaches, and neck tension felt like a battle with no clear solution.
Everything changed when I discovered Rolfing and massage therapy. Through targeted bodywork, I finally experienced the relief I had been searching for. My headaches eased, my jaw pain lessened, and I regained control over my symptoms. Even now, when I have a flare-up, massage therapy remains my go-to solution. While I’ve learned how to manage my own symptoms, I still seek support from advanced practitioners when needed.
This personal journey is why I’m so passionate about helping others find relief. I know firsthand how frustrating and exhausting chronic pain can be, and I also know how powerful the right bodywork can be in restoring balance, function, and comfort.

My Approach
I specialize in TMJ massage techniques, helping those suffering from jaw pain, headaches, and facial tension find relief. However, my expertise extends beyond TMJ work—I have over a decade of experience providing therapeutic massage for issues such as back pain, hip pain, neck pain, and more.
While I don’t diagnose TMJ dysfunction, nor is a diagnosis necessary, if you are experiencing jaw pain, headaches, or facial tension, there’s a good chance massage can provide symptom relief.
My approach is gentle, nurturing, and deeply therapeutic, focusing on creating a sense of safety and relaxation while effectively relieving pain and tension. My goal is to provide targeted, effective bodywork that helps my clients move beyond pain and into a place of true healing.
